What you'll do

Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose, and present treatment plans patients can understand.
Deliver general and emergency care: restorations, crown and bridge, extractions, and endodontics within your comfort.
Work with the hygiene team on periodontal diagnosis and recall.
Keep clinical notes and radiographic records complete and defensible.
Teach what you know chairside — assistants learn most from the doctor they work next to.
Practise safely and in compliance with federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.

What we're looking for

DDS or DMD from an accredited school and an active dental license in South Carolina.
Strong surgical skills, proficient with simple and surgical extractions; impacted, soft tissue, and bony extractions are a plus.
Comfortable with anterior and premolar endodontics; molar endodontics is a plus.
Competent across composite and amalgam restorations, crown and bridge, partial and full dentures, and pediatric restorations, stainless steel crowns, and pulpotomies.
Composure and sound decision making under pressure, and consistency day to day.
High moral and ethical standards that cannot be compromised under any circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is variable and based on the fairness principle — it depends on your proficiency and the responsibility you take on. We aim to pay above competitive market rates because of the efficiencies we drive in our business.

Guaranteed base salary or a percentage of realized revenue, whichever is higher.

How many days a week is this?

Full-time, with the exact days agreed with the owner-dentist before you start.

Do you sponsor visas?

Yes. We have sponsored H1B and green card candidates and will do so again for the right dentist.

Which procedures would I be doing?

Everything you are credentialed and comfortable to do. We refer out what we should, and we will support you in expanding what you can keep in-house.

Is there a path to ownership?

For qualified dentists, yes — a buy-in option is on the table once we have worked together.
